As an Occupational Therapist and Ergonomic Specialist, I am passionate about helping people work comfortably and prevent workplace injuries.

Whether you work in an office, from home, or in a specialized professional setting, my goal is to help you understand your body's unique needs, optimize your workstation, and use ergonomic equipment effectively.

I provide individualized solutions that fit your unique profession, budget, and preferences.

  • I have 12 years of clinical experience as a board certified and licensed Occupational Therapist in office, virtual, home, and school based settings.

    I live in San Diego with my family.
